A beach day including Stand up paddle boarding  (SUP) on the Groot Rivier lagoon in Natures Valley is one of the our all time favourite family activities in the area. We recommend December through to March for this activity as the lagoon water stays roughly between 19 to 25 degrees. 

SUPs provide great core exercise, and lots of fun for mom, dad and kids. on warm safe waters and spectacular Tsitsikamma Scenery.. We recommend one or two kits per family
